Refund policy
Outsiding items are custom orders that are printed once ordered. Due to the nature of custom printing, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. Please select options such as size and color carefully and confirm before finalizing purchases. Size charts are provided for items requiring sizing information.
If the error is due to items being lost in transit, damaged items, or misprinted items, our suppliers will replace the item at their expense within 30 days of item being received or estimated delivery day if did not receive item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
